Onze aanpak begint met een consultatie waarin je jouw wensen en de mogelijke behandeling bespreekt met een adviseur. Dit kan telefonisch of op locatie, en de behandeling kan in Turkije of Nederland plaatsvinden. Vragen zoals de haalbaarheid van de gewenste resultaten en mogelijke littekens worden besproken. Na het eerste gesprek worden foto’s gemaakt en samen met een samenvatting naar de haartransplantatiespecialist gestuurd.
Vervolgens beoordeelt de specialist de geschiktheid van het donorgebied en stelt een behandelplan op. Na akkoord ontvang je informatie over de behandeling en reisdetails. After a thorough comparison with five competing providers, an acquaintance and I decided to undergo our hair transplant process at Hair Clinic Wolf in Kaatsheuvel, with an executive department in Istanbul. This decision turned out to be an excellent choice. The quality of care was excellent, but what touched us most was the warm and almost family approach of the two ladies who accompanied us. Their commitment and care from first contact until a year after surgery is second to none.

Hair Clinic Wolf is a top organization for arranging a hair transplant. In the beginning I had a video consultation for the necessary information, after which everything was set in motion. There was continuous contact between clinic and customer throughout the entire process. Always available and respond quickly. In case you choose treatment in Turkey; definitely worth it! Everything is neatly arranged there too, so you don't have to worry. If you are concerned about something, even if it is very small, you can always reach them. By telephone or via WhatsApp. Top! So don't hesitate too long, but go for Hair Clinic Wolf. They are top performers with a passion for the profession. They know what they are talking about and put the customer first. It's been almost two weeks since I've been to Istanbul. Of course you try to obtain as much information as possible in advance, but there is always some doubt and the media reports do not make it easy to take the step. I have also discussed treatments in the Netherlands and have carefully considered both matters. The positive energy I felt at Wolfs Clinics was ultimately the deciding factor for me. But you will only know whether you have made a good choice when you are actually there. All doubts disappear as soon as you enter the clinic in Istanbul. An entire team where every person knows exactly what needs to be done is ready. In addition, I received fantastic guidance from M. van Wolfs so that I did not have to worry about planning, transport, etc. It actually went exactly as Wolfs Clinics had described it. After a few basic checks of your general health, the intake begins. Your current hair is examined, then shaved, then hairline is drawn and the plan is discussed. The pain is not too bad, the anesthetic injections are actually the only pain I have experienced and that lasts a few seconds. and are not nearly as painful (50%) as the anesthesia I had for another procedure in the Netherlands (men with children and over 40 know what I'm talking about). For the rest it's just a bit awkward. During the treatments you will also be continuously asked if you are okay. Even the hospital lunch was okay. The extraction took approximately 2-3 hours and 5250 grafts were harvested. Then they all go back in. one by one out, one by one in. Monstrous work, but the team did this with iron discipline and they will continue until it is done. I also immediately had the regenera treatment done. During the insertion I dozed off for a while, that session also lasted approximately 6 hours. Then it is nice to know that your supervisor is there to look out for you,
but that is actually not necessary because the team is professional. The next day I had a bit of a headache, but that was more due to the tight bandage that was necessary. In the days that follow, sleeping is a problem, so you are mainly tired. The itching is there occasionally, but not very bad, and is now completely gone. Until yesterday I still had the feeling of a kind of bicycle tire around my head, but that has almost disappeared. Of course, my skin is still irritated in my source area, but that is starting to disappear and is limited to red dots and a chapped feeling, so not very bad. I had planned to stay indoors for two weeks, but that was really not necessary. After about three days of ablutions you can really show yourself again, if you don't mind people knowing what you had done, because it is of course visible. I found no problem with going to the hardware store, the office or a quick errand. Now I had the last wash the day before yesterday and there is half a centimeter of hair on my entire head, so it goes very quickly. Very nice: I am sometimes “frightened” when I touch places on my head with my fingers where I normally had no hair and now suddenly feel hair. Great organization!
From the first telephone conversation, we have been well guided and informed about everything involved.
I did not visit Kaatsheuvel, but did everything by telephone and video calls with Lieselotte, which went completely fine. Based on the photos I sent, we have already set a date to go to Turkey at very short notice. Any questions I had about the trip and the state of affairs there were also answered very quickly.
In Turkey it was also very well organised. From take-off at Schiphol you will be constantly taken care of and there are always taxi buses ready to take you to any destination (hotel, airport, hospital). The treating doctors were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable! They spoke a few words of English, which are useful for the operation itself, and they also spoke Turkish with each other, which is of course completely fine.
On the spot I was welcomed by my host Seyda, an absolute winner! He guided me very well there and helped me with everything I needed. She also knew how to tell me everything I needed to know and do.
The operation itself takes a very long time, 9.5 hours in my case. During that time, I recommend listening to a podcast or just turning on some music. Over time the local anesthesia wore off, so I still experienced some pain. But always ask for more anesthesia, then they just add some. I have a huge fear of needles myself, but I also received good help with that. They take their time with the needles and anesthesia and check your blood pressure every few minutes.
The aftermath, on the other hand, was very painful. The first days went well, then the painkillers and other medications also worked very well. After 3-4 days I experienced a lot of pain for a week, so keep this in mind. It is advisable to arrange some time off for 1-2 weeks after the operation.
I am now 1.5 months into the boring period. The hair still grows irregularly and falls out here and there (which is all normal). We'll just have to wait and see the results, but so far almost only good experiences! Absolutely recommended if you have any doubts, just take the decision.

Great team!
From the begging, when I was still searching for a place to have my transplant done, they were really helpful with every question I had. It is a scary moment choosing the place for doing something so important. But then Lieselotte guide me through the whole process and I decided I was doing it with them and the team in Istanbul. The process went great and the whole team there was very professional!

It was a great experience and no complaints at all. There is always contact with representatives in both the Netherlands and Turkey, and we are still in touch after almost a year after the transplant. I've received letters, as well as personalized messages, and as a customer I can tell they care. The procedure itself was great, and everything was taken care of, from transport to hotels to everything else. Loved the experience and couldn't recommend more

It was a perfect experiences with Hair Clinic Wolf in October, nothing to complain!
I had the idea to have the hair transplant about 2 years ago since I learned it from barbershop. Lieslotte from Hair Clinic Wolf gave me a very personal advice together with Doctor Taner in Turkey so I was totally convinced in that time. After Covid time, My trip became true.
The trip was smooth and everything was arranged in a thoughtful way. But since I was alone, I was still a bit nervous until seen the team, they are very professional and kind.
The surgery went well even it took hours to finish all steps, I was just relaxing there and waiting for the result.
Now I am back and let's see how it goes in coming future, exciting!

I started to consider a transplant over a period of about 6 months.
I searched online and found a few different options including Wolf. I completed an online form and received a call from Liselotte. She was very helpful and was happy to take time to discuss in a non-pressure understanding way. I had many questions which were all answered clearly. After a short time I decided to go ahead with Wolf.
Invoices came in three parts which I paid immediately and got a fast confirmation and a thank you for paying so quickly message.
I booked months ahead as I needed to mentally prepare myself and also didn’t want to do it in the summer. During this time Liselotte answered any concerns and questions I had within moments of me asking. The customer service is stunningly good (and I say this having lived in New York)!
As the days drew closer I started to get written checklist, pre-treatment, post-treatment and medication information. I was also invited to speak with the doctor in Istanbul.
The day came to fly out and everything had been arranged perfectly. I was collected from Istanbul airport in a limo and delivered to my hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and there were a lot of problem from many countries all having some kind of surgery including hair. This made me feel very comfortable as I felt anxious about what I would look like and if people would stare at me.
The day of the procedure arrive and I was met by a hostess called Ateyna. She is Turkish by birth but born and brought upon the Netherlands speaking perfect Dutch, perfect Turkish and very good English. She accompanied me to the hospital and was very professionally friendly putting me at ease. She introduced me to the team that would undertake my procedure.
The Doctor (Dr. Taner) had personally sent me a text the night before ether procedure saying he was looking forward to meeting me and would answer any remaining questions.
I asked his advice on exactly what I should do and he explained about age appropriate hairline and how it looks if you try to rewind your hairline too far for example. I took his advice since he was so confident and experienced.
There was a team of four. I won’t detail the process but watching this team work was impressive. They really know what they are doing. The procedure was about eight hours. I even managed to sleep for about two of those hours.
I was delivered back to the hotel and the excellent service continued until I left. I am just back from the flight home and I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
This is customer service at its best. This is value for money to say the least. I am very happy with all dealings with Wolf Hair Clonic and would hire any one of them in a heart beat!
